Customer service is available live from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.


Keep in mind that this catalog is what we stock in our warehouse. We are able to get almost anything that is available in the natural/organic trade, so if you don’t see it in our catalog, please do not hesitate to ask for it.

For your first order, you should place it live with a customer service representative. After we have a stock order list for your account, you can use our voicemail system to leave an order after business hours.

For special order products, please be aware that to ensure that your order will be shipped on the next day, we will need to have your order in our system by 10 AM the day before. If you do not place your special products order by then, the order may be held and delivered a day later. For example: Order Monday before 10 AM and receive it Tuesday…order Monday after 10 AM and receive it Wednesday.

Back Orders & Short Ships: Although we have a very high fulfillment rate, and, the capability to maintain inventory (based on certain volumes and commitment), we do not guarantee 100% of products to be in stock all the time. When we have a short or a back order, and the resulting back order is below the minimum for delivery, we will not automatically deliver that back order. Generally, you will need to place a new order which is over the minimum to receive it on your next delivery day.


Depending on the day, we can usually provide you with a delivery time window. Your “window” is never guaranteed unless specifically planned with the operations manager. If you have a request, please call to make an arrangement.

Pick Up

Pick up orders are available 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There is no minimum required for pick up orders, however you must call your order in beforehand. If you wish call ahead to expedite your time spent here, you may do so however there is no guarantee that your order will be ready when you get here. We realize that parking is not easy here so if you come within the hours stated for pick up you may park in our loading bay.


We have a $250 minimum for delivery to restaurants and $350 for corporate or any delivery above ground floor. This is the minimum for Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens only. Please inquire about minimums if you are outside these boroughs. Feel free to check minimums per location using this link: #

All accounts are C.O.D. and drivers accept cash or checks. If previously arranged with customer service, we also accept ACH or credit cards payments.

Checks that are returned to us unpaid, are subject to a $30 penalty.

After three months of weekly deliveries totaling at least $500 per week, any account, if requested, can complete the credit application process to be reviewed to qualify for credit terms.
